Golden Phoenix Health

We believe that health is a manifestation of balance, both within the body itself and between the body and the external environment. When the body is internally balanced and in harmony with the external environment, energy flows smoothly throughout to nourish all organs and tissues. By adjusting and stimulating the flow of energy through acupuncture, we stimulate the body’s natural healing ability to maintain health and protect against disease.

Western science and Traditional Chinese Medicine ultimately rely on the body’s natural healing ability to maintain health and protect against disease. Both have the same goal of helping a person stay healthy.

Western science tends to use drugs and surgery as needed. Acupuncturists tend to use gentle needling and herbs. A combination of both systems creates an ideal environment of health and healing. Acupuncture Can Treat A Variety of Health Problems.

A growing number of people are turning to acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to treat an enormous list of physical ailments.  The main advantage of acupuncture and herbs is that they treat the root of the problem, rather than merely addressing the patient’s symptoms, which is often the case with traditional western medicine.  In addition, the treatments are completely natural, there are no expensive medications to take, and the patient avoids the negative side effects often associated with western medications.

It is our goal to combine a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with personalized and professional care to impart an individualistic and unsurpassable experience which can treat an existing illness or injury, help to prevent recurrence of illnesses, or generally improve overall health. Read More >>

Cupping Cupping is one the oldest methods of TCM. The earliest recorded use of cupping dates back the the early fourth century. Originally, cups were made from hollowed-out animal horns. Today they are typically made of thick glass, plastic, bamboo, iron, and pottery. Usually, the cups are warmed using a cotton ball or other flammable substance which is placed inside the cup briefly in order to remove the oxygen and create a vacuum.
